Privacy Policy — Comcat AI

Comcat AI is a CRM app for home service businesses, operated by Stampa Solutions LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information the app collects and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: There is no public signup. You sign in with credentials provided by your company. Your profile may include your name, email, and phone number.
• Work data: Customers, jobs, work orders, invoices, notes, photos and files you attach to work orders, and signatures captured on receipts.
• Location: Used for job check-in and check-out. See below.
• Payments: Processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
• Device data: Basic device and app information (model, OS version, crash logs) to keep the app working.

If you enable Face ID / fingerprint sign-in, authentication happens entirely on your device. We never receive or store your biometric data.

2. How We Use It

Only to run the app: managing jobs and customers, verifying job-site check-ins, processing payments and receipts, keeping your account secure, and fixing bugs. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Sharing

Your data is visible to authorized users in your company's account. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app (cloud hosting and Stripe for payments), or when required by law.

4. Security & Retention

Data is encrypted in transit, and sign-in credentials are stored securely on your device (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). We keep data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.

5. Deleting Your Data

To delete your account and personal data, email us at info@comcat.ai and we will process your request.

6. Age Requirement

Comcat AI is a business tool for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page and notify you of significant changes through the app.
